August 2020 – Collier County Update

Greetings from Sunny Naples, Florida!

Paradise is open, the sun is shining and the water temperature is a delicious 87 degrees!


2020 began as a record-breaking year following 2019's unprecedented real estate sales performance. June July and August continued the resurgence in showings and sales – pent up demand remains strong as new residents head to our beautiful uncrowded spaces.


Because Naples, Florida is a tax shelter with properties available in all price ranges and we are seeing some of the lowest mortgage rates in years – now is a very affordable time to buy – and a great time to sell. Naples is renowned for its 34 miles of spectacular white sand beaches, gorgeous Gulf of Mexico sunsets, and fabulous homes in a wide variety of price points.


Our quality-of-living is enviable – from our wealth of championship golf and tennis venues, parks and trails, outstanding schools and health care, dynamic fine dining and world-class shopping, to our acclaimed cultural Arts scene. Most important, friendly, sunny Naples ranks as one of the healthiest, happiest small cities in the country. It's a little piece of paradise.

Collier County COVID-19 Update

Naples has remained in Phase 2 of reopening, which means vacation rentals, hotels, real estate offices, restaurants, bars, beaches, parks, retail shops, spas, hair & nail salons, theaters, and gyms may open and are following closely with the CDC's COVID safety procedures. Masks are required in indoor spaces, with some exceptions, such as when seated in a restaurant.


Southwest Florida continues to see a dramatic decline in COVID-19 cases yet health officials advise residents not to let their guard down. Back to school begins today in Collier County, following closely with safety guidelines. Feel free to contact me for up to date information.
