Calusa Bay

Named after the indigenous Native Americans who once lived in Southwest Florida, Calusa Bay was built from 1997 to 1998 by developer Jim Wallace. This lush 342 carriage/coach home, lakefront community is recognized for its innovative design, landscaping, and focus on “neighborhood”.
