Marco Beach

Just a short and picturesque drive south of Naples, Florida is Marco Beach on Marco Island, Florida. The largest of the 10,000 islands, Marco Island is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida and is considered a true gem of the area. Casual yet upscale, Marco Beach is the perfect place to get away from it all — a white sand beach and a relaxed lifestyle are what draw even residents of gorgeous Naples away for the day or even a short mini-vacation. Take a stroll along the shoreline and you’ll encounter a variety of wildlife — native birds, trees, even dolphins. Marco Beach even offers some of the best shelling in the world. For fishermen, Marco Beach is ideal, and boating offers a unique perspective in this area that you’ll only see out on the water. A world-class resort destination, Marco Beach boasts some of the most exclusive resorts in the world but this is not the kind of beach where you’ll see lots of buildings stacked on top of each other. There is very low density of property to land. Open at 8am until sunset daily, there are showers and restrooms at the beach, concession stand for food and beverages, and a rental stand for water toys, umbrellas and chairs.

If you’re lucky enough to call Marco Beach home, you’ll find mostly single-family homes and condominiums in a variety of styles unique to its residents. Many of these properties were custom built; you won’t find cookie-cutter housing in this area. Properties range from modest family-sized homes to palatial mansions and spacious condos along the waterways. Most are only 10 short minutes from the beach or any one of the many waterways that make Marco Beach so unique. Marco Beach is also only a short distance away from world-class shopping, dining and golf resorts. You can truly live, work and play!
