Park Shore is a beautiful, upscale, beach-and-bay community in Naples, Florida, offering white, sandy beaches, fine dining and shopping at Venetian Village, and so much more. An easy drive to downtown Naples, Park Shore offers homes and condos between US 41 and the Gulf of Mexico. The history of Park Shore began to develop by Raymond Lutgert in the 60’s. High rises, low rises and single-family homes make up Park Shore, along with lush landscaping and views of the beach and bays.

Raymond Lutgert also developed The Village on Venetian Bay, a shopping and dining center, near the heart of the community. Unlike on the East Coast, where high-rises are built in a straight line, thus limiting the view, buildings in Park Shore were developed in “a serpentine pattern” to preserve beach vistas.
