This community offers waterfront views with each of it’s 136 residences. Amenities include a community pool and spa as well as a community room. The Pelican Isle Yacht Club is a stunning private club located within Pelican Isle. Members can enjoy endless amenities and activities. The newly renovated 20,000 square foot clubhouse includes multiple dining options, a fitness center with available classes, spa services, a ships store and many outdoor activities. Members have access to the beach shuttle service, group cruises and the marina. Just outside the clubhouse you will find fire pits, bocce courts, tennis and pickleball courts as well as the pool and spa. Water aerobics classes are available at the pool for a small fee.
