We bought our first property in Pelican Bay from Janine and loved Naples so much we decided to buy a larger one. So we finally looked at the community and fell in love! She suggested we make a reservation that day, because there was only one premium end unit with an unobstructed view left. We did and found out there was a request to reserve our unit the next day. We would have been so upset to lose it, her advice was spot on. Based on her latest record sale there for $3,899,000, our unit has now appreciated approximately 1.4M since closing 9 months ago, but we doubt we will ever sell, we love the community and club. Janine also sold our previous condo quickly and at a record-breaking price for that time, starting an avalanche of higher sales in the building.
